Returns:
At FireKing, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

Delivery Changes: Customers are responsible for any re-consignment or delivery changes. Once the product has shipped, any alterations to the delivery type or address will incur re-consignment charges, which are determined by the individual carrier(s).
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY TYPE, ADDRESS, AND READINESS TO ACCEPT DELIVERY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Return Freight Charges & Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

Non-Returnable Items: Built-to-order, custom, or "special" order units/items may not be returnable. We advise contacting our customer service team at 812-822-5574 or toll-free at 800-457-2424 for more details on the return eligibility of such items.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at customerservice@fireking.com or 812-822-5574 to initiate a return request.
- Once approved, follow the provided return instructions to send back the item(s).
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect the item(s) and, if eligible, process your refund minus applicable fees within 5 business days.
