Refund and Returns Policy

Returns:

At FireKing, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

  • Delivery Changes: Customers are responsible for any re-consignment or delivery changes. Once the product has shipped, any alterations to the delivery type or address will incur re-consignment charges, which are determined by the individual carrier(s).

    PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY TYPE, ADDRESS, AND READINESS TO ACCEPT DELIVERY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

  • Return Freight Charges & Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

  • Non-Returnable Items: Built-to-order, custom, or "special" order units/items may not be returnable. We advise contacting our customer service team at 812-822-5574 or toll-free at 800-457-2424 for more details on the return eligibility of such items.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@fireking.com or 812-822-5574 to initiate a return request.
  2. Once approved, follow the provided return instructions to send back the item(s).
  3. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect the item(s) and, if eligible, process your refund minus applicable fees within 5 business days.
