Safe College
 Safe
College is a two-day technology training event covering installation, operation,
troubleshooting and service of various intelligent cash handling products with
primary focus on NKL Autobanks and McGunn Smart Safes. The full Safe College
is geared specifically toward service professionals, but is still choc full of
valuable information and hands-on experience for Sales professionals.
This comprehensive course covers operation, troubleshooting and service of
advanced safe electronics packages, including the newest state-of-the-art safe
technology. This college is a two-day course and includes technical and sales
information support FireKing Files in addition to NKL Cash Handling Safes and
the McGunn Smart Safes.

Safe College Day 1:
The first day features technology, setup, and operation for the Autobank products
with AuditLok XLV electronics. A tour of the safe plant is also provided.
Safe College Day 2:
This day includes a service lab time for AuditLok XLV electronics. Additional
electronics packages are also covered: AuditLok XL, Sherlock, McGunn Easy
Series, McGunn Smart Lock.
Who Should Attend?
Safe College is designed for technicians, installers, system integrators,
service managers, and security sales professionals. The primary focus of
Safe College is on the technical aspects of intelligent safes.
Why Should I Attend?
Knowledge is power. Add to that recognition, and you've got a major step up
on the competition. A factory trained technician will cut time spent on the
phone and increase efficiency, adding directly to the bottom line. A thorough
product knowledge always makes you look professional in the eyes of your
clients. Plus, we publish names of individuals (and their company) who are
certified and make referrals to their services as appropriate. Just having
the shingle of certification will add clout to your business.
When Are Classes Held?
Safe College is independent from Digital Video College, though they are often
scheduled together for the convenience of those who support a broad range
of both video and physical security. Monday-Wednesday dates are normally
selected for the classes. Classes are usually scheduled about every 6 to
8 weeks. Please check our Event Calendar for
upcoming dates.
Where Are Classes Held?
Classes are held at our state-of-the-art training lab facilities at FireKing
University headquarters in New Albany, Indiana. FireKing is located only
a few miles from the Louisville International Airport. The region hosts many
historic sites, activities, shopping, and cuisine.

What Does It Cost?
Tuition for members of the FireKing Service Partner Network and qualified dealers
will be waived. Otherwise classes are $195 per day, per person.
Are There Any Pre-Requisites?
Safe College is open to all of our FireKing Service Partner's Network members
and McGunn and NKL dealers.
What's Included?
You receive 2 days of training, lunches, manuals, and other materials provided
with each class. Students are responsible for their own transportation, accommodations,
and meals (lunches are provided). A special hotel room rate is available
to FireKing University students (ask for details when you register).
FireKing University: Register
Register On-Line for your FireKing University training class. When you click
the
"Sign Me Up" button below an email is sent directly to the FireKing University
staff. They will register you for the class and contact you with confirmation
of your registration. If you are not contacted within two working days,
